    • Overseeing and providing leadership to the business unit and Ontario head office location in human resources, quality, auditing, health & safety, sales, finance, and administration of the company, and additional responsibilities such as developing pricing for all products and services offered for sale, communicating with customers, cash flow forecasting, review of monthly financial statements, refinancing projects, strategic business planning, meeting facilitation, customer presentations, as well as maintaining certification of the Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2008, QS9000, and/or TS16949 for continual improvement.
    • Establishing, implementing, and measuring all policies, procedures and responsibilities relating to Human Resources and Operations for the company including profitability of the business through management of team performance, controlling direct costs, and creating a learning environment.
